These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you and vip8800 governing your use of the vip8800 website and all related services. By continuing to access and use this website, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to comply with all its provisions.

Account Registration and Eligibility
1.1 — Age Requirement
To use vip8800 services, a player must be at least 21 years of age. Players are personally responsible for ensuring they comply with the applicable laws of Myanmar. If an account is opened with a false date of birth, that account will be suspended immediately and any balance in the account may be forfeited.
1.2 — One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one account on vip8800 at any time. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same user, all such accounts may be closed and no refunds will be issued.
1.3 — Accurate Information
When registering an account, players must provide their full name, ID details, and contact information accurately and completely. Accounts opened with false or fictitious information may be closed.
Deposit — Withdrawal Rules
2.1 — Deposit Methods
At vip8800, you can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Deposits are processed on MMT (UTC+6:30) time and will reach your account in real time.
2.2 — Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally completed within 5 to 30 minutes, but may take longer due to banking hours or verification processes.
2.3 — Verification Process
vip8800 reserves the right to review a player's account history at the time of withdrawal. If any suspicious or irregular financial activity is found, the withdrawal will be temporarily held and we will contact the player for further verification.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
3.1 — Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus is a one-time offer for new players: 200% first deposit bonus — up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 25x the bonus amount.
- Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.
- Example — If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 1,020,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.
3.2 — General Bonus Terms
You may not request a withdrawal before meeting the bonus wagering requirement. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be forfeited and only the deposited amount can be withdrawn. vip8800 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus promotions at any time.
3.3 — Bonus Opt-Out
If a player does not select a bonus at the time of deposit, no bonus will be applied — a deposit made without choosing a bonus cannot be retroactively claimed for one.
Gaming Eligibility and Restrictions
4.1 — Legal Eligibility to Play
Players are responsible for checking whether online gaming is legally permitted in their location. vip8800's services are not intended for use in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law.
4.2 — Anti-Money Laundering
Any activity intended to facilitate money laundering is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, the account will be closed immediately and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4.3 — Prohibited Gaming Tools
You must play your account yourself. The use of bots, scripts, or any automated playing software is not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in account closure and forfeiture of any bonus amounts.
4.4 — Collusion
Any form of collusion between players is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, all accounts involved may be permanently closed.
VIP Levels and Cashback Offers
5.1 — VIP Level Breakdown
vip8800 has three VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players progress through VIP levels based on their wagering volume and daily activity. There is no fixed minimum amount required to advance; levels are determined by reviewing wagering volume and regular participation.
5.2 — Weekly Cashback
VIP cashback rates — Bronze: up to 0.3% per week, Silver: up to 0.5%, Gold: up to 0.8%. Cashback is issued as a bonus with no wagering requirement — however, the account must have at least one deposit during that week, before or after the bonus.
5.3 — Referral Offer
When a referral is successful, the referring player receives a 10% bonus from the referred friend's first deposit (maximum 30,000 Ks per friend), plus 0.1% of the friend's valid bets as a weekly commission.
To make a referral, the friend must open their own account and make their first deposit at vip8800. The referring account must be in good standing and free of any violations.
Account Closure and Suspension
6.1 — Player Request
A player may request to close their own account voluntarily through customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited and only the deposited balance will be refunded.
6.2 — vip8800's Right to Suspend
If a player commits any violation of this agreement, vip8800 reserves the right to suspend the account without prior notice. Any refund from an account suspended due to a violation will be decided by vip8800, and no refund will be issued if fraud is found.
6.3 — Self-Exclusion

Liability Limitations and Legal
7.1 — Service Limitations
vip8800's services are provided "as is" and do not guarantee player winnings. Any claim against vip8800 for money lost during gameplay will not be entertained.
7.2 — Personal Data Protection

7.3 — Software Malfunction
vip8800 is not liable for games or funds lost due to a technical fault, network disconnection, or software error — however, any inquiry regarding account balance loss will be reviewed and resolved.
7.4 — Changes to This Agreement
vip8800 may update this agreement with prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continuing to play after changes are made will be considered acceptance of those changes.
